Our Terms of Service serves to manage the use and access of Basitcare dashboard and related giveaway automation tools. (will be referred as "Services" after now). Your access to and use of Basitcare is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use Basitcare. By accessing or using Basitcare you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access Basitcare. "Basitcare", "we", "us", “our” words in this terms, refer to Basitcare company that is considered as social media giveaway management tool with services listed on our website. A social media account owner, company, organization, or any other third party we refer to in these Terms are considered the "Customer". By being a customer, you become a member of Basitcare community.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Basitcare immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Refunds

You have to provide a valid credit card to pay for Basitcare. You authorize Basitcare to charge the card for the Basitcare usage rights. You give us permission to enable payment processing firms to process your submitted payment. Basitcare service usage can be cancelled at any time you want but can not be refunded. Regret for purchases will not be issued. No refund claims will be issued for any technical issues. Taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide at time of purchase. Basitcare does not issue refunds based on results, due to the numerous unmanageable parameters involved in the process.

Security

In no event will Basitcare, or its suppliers, or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: any special, incidental or consequential damages; ( the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data or access. Basitcare shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law. Basitcare is not officially affiliated with any social media website or any third-party partners in any way. If any security breach and loss of data take place, Basitcare is not responsible for the outcomes following this event. Basitcare Company will not be liable for any damages incurred if such cases occur. Basitcare will step in and take appropriate actions against the Customer depending on circumstances.

Profiles & Accounts

Basitcare will not be responsible if your social media account is daily banned or permanently banned for any reason. You agree that you will not hold Basitcare accountable for any damages that may result because of you as a customer use Basitcare. (although unlikely given the nature of our service).

Limitation of liability

Basitcare was created for convenience of organizing giveaways on Customers’ social media accounts. Basitcare does not encourage spamming or violation of Social Media Users’ rights or rules set by Social Media Website. Given the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued based on results, nor do Basitcare guarantee any results. Basitcare doesn’t guarantee nonstop or error-free service. In no event shall Basitcare aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed one hundred US dollars.

Obligations

It is your responsibility to comply with Social Media Website rules and any legislation that you are subject to. We reserve the right to remove your account and ban you from using Basitcare services at any point in time. In an unlikely event of this happening, your purchases will not be refunded. Basitcare suggests that you explore Basitcare service during your free trial before making any purchases in Basitcare. By using and purchasing Basitcare, you agree that you understand what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via any platform. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without any prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the terms have changed or right.

Inconsistencies and Agreement to Terms of Service

All the terms in this terms of service are constitutive of the entirety of our terms of service agreement between you as the Customer, us as the Company. In case of an conflict, or inconsistency, or claims that counter Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, the terms stated on this Terms of Service will be the prevailing agreement presented to any authoritative party considered as local jurisdictive parties.
